We offer shipping services within Pakistan. Please note that certain remote areas may have limited delivery coverage or additional shipping charges. For more information, kindly contact our customer service team.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days upon confirmation of payment. Our team works diligently to ensure your order is packed and dispatched promptly.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We provide various shipping methods, including standard and expedited delivery options. The shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated based on the weight of the items, destination, and selected shipping method. You will be provided with shipping cost details during the checkout process.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days within Pakistan.
  • Expedited Delivery: For quicker delivery, an expedited shipping option is available with delivery times varying from 1-3 business days within Pakistan.

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may be subject to unforeseen delays due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, logistics issues, or other external circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status and whereabouts of your package.

Delivery Confirmation and Receipt

Upon delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive the package. We require a signature or acknowledgment of receipt upon delivery for security purposes. In the event of an inability to deliver due to recipient unavailability, a delivery attempt notice will be left, and re-delivery or pickup instructions will be provided.

Return/ Exchange Policy

At Lahore Books and Stationers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 4 days of receipt. Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at lbas4165@gmail.com to notify us of your intention to return your purchase. Kindly include your order number and the product code of the item you wish to return. Your order number can be found in the Order Confirmation or Dispatch Confirmation email. If you are a registered customer, it can also be found in your account details.

Exchangeable Items

  • Damaged Products: If your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact our Customer Service team at lbas4165@gmail.com and provide images of the damaged product. We will either refund the value of the damaged product to your original payment method or send you an exact replacement. Please note, replacements will be identical to the original product.

Returnable Items

  • Unopened/Unused Products: If you no longer want an unopened or unused product and wish to return it (within 3-4 working days of receipt), we will refund the value of the returned product to your original payment method. However, return postage charges are to be paid by the customer. Please contact our Customer Service team at lbas4165@gmail.com for further assistance and instructions.

Return Charges and Refunds

  • Return Charges: There are no charges for returns. However, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • Refund Processing Time: Once your return is processed, we will notify you via email. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
